Anyone know a 1st class welder out of work?

I heard on the news last week South and North Dakota have good paying Welding jobs they are still looking to fill. You have to relocate, but if someone is desperate for work they may want to look into it.

I wanted to get into welding, but it's expensive to take the classes. I work currently doing something else. Only night classes I can find are at the local Vocational schools and you only get a certificate of attendance. Not certification in welding which I'm sure would be needed to get a job.

But main reason I wanted to do it was as another skill to have under my belt.
