Just a quick note to say hello. My son is 7 and just got interested in collecting. It got me excited as I haven't collected in probably 20 years myself. Our budget is small so we work slow and have only been looking for very inexpensive things. He got started this year with Topps Opening Day and is working on the sticker collection. Of course, I've been searching out the blue parallels just for the challenge.
I collected through the 80's mostly and a bit into the 90's and worked at a card store from around '89-'94. Right now we're simply in it for the fun. We'll see where it goes. I got here while looking for people to trade with to complete our sets so we can move onto something new. Looking forward to finding some other casual collectors as well.
