Gents,
if you have not done breaks before you should understand that Ryan does an amazing job with all his breaks and it is up to him to send pms to all members and post deadlines. We all get excited and want a break to happen but make sure you don't overstep your bounds as a member. This will happen and will be fun.

I guess I should have seen that is the simplest solution. Thank you for your wonderful advice. Like a lot of other people on this board I work tons of hours so I'm hoping if I am non responsive someone will send me a private message on when the randomization is to take place and if not, when it is my turn to pick my team.
