You dont need a special computer just get photoshop (there is a free 30 day trial) and look for tutorials on youtube for cool effects you want to add. To get players just find a large picture of the player on google and cut them out using the Quick Selection tool and use layers to create a cool design it is not that hard to do and maybe someone could make a youtube video specifically for making custom signature cards. Hope this helps.
