In order to avoid lottery laws and the such, CC has no real cash value.

However you can redeem it for stuff in the cash cash store and sometimes promotions will pop up and allow you to exchange them for packs from the site owner.

If you check the other threads, you'll see that CC is bought or sold, generally around the 200CC-300CC for 1$ USD mark. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower. Or, you can go to the CC store:

And turn that CC into some cards.
