I bought this PS3 brand new about a year ago and hardly ever played it. It is like new and I have one controller for it and the box with everything.

I also have the following 11 games: Rage - Anarchy Edition; Resistance 3; Assassins Creed - Brotherhood; Assassins Creed 2; Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 1, Modern Warfare 2, Modern Warfare 3; Dynasty Warrior: Strike Force; Dynasty Warrior 6; Dynasty Warrior 6: Empire; and Valkyria Chronicles.

I am NOT willing to sell the games separate and am firm on the price of $250 dlvd.
