Well, hehas sasid various times that "I am a devout muslim" and has been kissing bowing and praising statues on camara.He even didn't wear a 'USA' pin ALL US Polotics have been wearing since 9/11. He said because it represents something that doesn't agree with the muslim religion. I don't really have a problem with him being a muslim, but saying he is a christian and now doing all this, means he was lying about being a christian, or changes his faith quickly...

I personally would prefer my politicians to be non religious all together, but if they are religious I really could care less which they are as long as they aren't an extremist to any given religion and don't try to legislate with their specific religious rules.

Although I don't have a problem with a politician being religious I agree with the rest of your statement.

I don't understand why so many people who don't like the guy claim he is a muslim. Its enough to me that I don't like his policies, I don't need to make stuff up that would potentially make him look worse. This video came out in 2009, and if you know his social policies, he's not a muslim.

On the cool I would rather have a politician flip flop on religion (which is only between him and God) than flip flop on social issues which effects the entire country.
