i think they sign for both letters. I personalize my letters to the players by looking them up on the Internet or I already know about them. I bet they plan to sign the letter once they open the envelope wether typed or handwritten. All my success in this thread are typed letters.

Today brought a few more returns:
Bill Wegman, Tom Brookens, Mark Huismann, Bret Saberhagen and Johnny Grubb. I asked Johnny who was a better pitcher Verlander or Jack. He said that Time will tell with Verlander but Jack was really good. Gotta say if it's game 7 of the World Series I'm putting Jack Morris on the mound.

Great stuff so far! You are more on top of it than I am. I started ttm this set 3 yrs ago. I have probably 15 signed cards haha! But I just sent out a batch of 25 or so. Let me know if you need any cards to send out. I have probably 2500 commons of 1987 topps.

LOL I received a return today from Tom Brookens as well!

Did you send it to c/o Tigers or to this home address? I sent it to the Tigers but the envelope was postmarked from PA, so either his mail is being forwarded or he took his mail home.
