I recently started connecting my Laptop to my TV through an HDMI cable and am wondering if you would know how I can have one main window open that I am working on and another small window in the corner in the background that is playing a movie or something like some TV's do do that I can watch 2 things at once. Is there a program for this?

You can split the screen in Win 7 with the "Snap" feature.
Other than that, I've never heard of Pic in Pic, maybe Win8 media will offer it.Perfection is not attainable. But if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.?
