    GAI certified Tom Landry Auto

I have a question that I'm hoping some of you guys can help me with.
I purchased the following GAI certified card via ebay.
Here's what the info the GAI website lists wrt the card:
    Year 1990
    Manufacturer Swell Greats
    Player TOM LANDRY
    Sport Football
    Card Number 151
    Cert Number 10272556
    Grade 11
    First Graded Yes

There is no mention of the autograph on the website and
GAI will not respond to my inquiries.

What does Grade "11" mean? The is no mention of an "11" in
    their grade listing.
I assume the auto is legit since it's encased in their holder, right?

    Thanks...
