Need an image

I'm looking for a white, fancy, corner to use in my customs. I tried downloading some images/brushes into my GIMP program but it didn't like them for some reason. Can anyone send me an image like the one I described? Thanks in advance.

I don't have the tools or know how on how to cut out something complicated like this. Ideally I need it to be white because my card has a dark background.

Anyone up to the task?
