Help From A Russian/Belarusian Member

Hello,

I was hoping that a Russian or Belarusian member could help me out here.

I would like to send a letter to Russia and Belarus (to get a few cards signed TTM).
I've heard that you should address the letter in both English and Russian when you do so, but what about on the other envelope? The one that will go from the player in Russia to me? How would I address that one?

I've also heard that the player name should be at the bottom of the letter, not the top (while country and city should be above). Is this true?

I hope someone can help me out. Thank you.
