    Hey Guys,
Ya, it seems as though T-Dot and Montreal are clear and away 1 & 2 and then after that it's a bit of a log jam with Pittsburgh, Edmonton, Detroit, Philly and MAYBE newer Winnipeg stuff. I'm just going through the last of the last for my hockey card stuff and I wanted to double check on a few things. It's funny how 3-5 years ago I was still 100% crazy about the "hobby", but ever since I sold off 90% of my collection 2 years ago, I have barely missed it. Sure, every once in a while I get the itch, but being out of it has really cut down the spending and I've found I'm actually ONLY buying stuff I want. Thanks for the opinions, gang :-)

Title say collectible, nothing about cards being traded. Already the title has been misconstrued.

The Original 6 along with the Pens Canucks and Flyers would be your top market. Oilers close behind.

It says collected/collectible. That means trades and sales. What teams cards are most desirable by how many people want them and are willing to buy them or trade for them.

It also says past 5 years. Oilers and Pens are more popular in the last 5 years then a couple of the original 6 teams. Canucks may not even be top 10. Name one Canuck player that sells incredibly well other than Trevor Linden?

Naslund, McLean, Sedins, Luongo, Bure, Mogilny, ??? Maybe Bure because of his cards not being overproduced. I live in Vancouver and you can't sell Canucks cards at local shows for a premium. They barely move at normal ebay prices.

I have a lot of team threads and do a lot of base trading/selling and my collection has been completely stripped of all: Canadiens, Leafs and Ducks. To a lesser extent people are willing to go after lots containing only inserts/parallels/numbereds etc and they want their favorite players for: Sharks, Islanders, Avalanche/Nordiques, Flyers, Hurricanes and Red Wings.

Not even close: Florida, I'll never be able to trade my Panthers ever. Any Scott Mellanby and Oleg Kvasha fans in the house?

It is rare that you'll find hardcore collectors that want EVERYTHING. If anybody does, send this guy a PM I want to get rid of this stuff lol.
