    which of the 4 packs would get me the most "high-valued" stuff?
    also which cards look the coolest/etc.

    You are comparing apples to oranges there. Prestige and chrome are lower end products and gos and p and p are high end so b4 you go out busting wax, make sure you know what you want and can afford.
