I guess I just view the glass as half empty and kind of expected the worse.

That's me with everything as well. They just seemed too far apart from day one, everything just felt off and like it wouldnt happen.

A statement by Gary Butthead that they could endure a lost season, because the fans will come back. Sorry to say but they have lost a paying fan in me. I will boycott hockey games when they come back for as long as they are out. They want to reduce salaries but no reduction on ticket prices. They gouge you for merchandise and food but still want more. What needs to happen is that the fans should stay away for one game across the board and let's see how they feel about an empty house. I know that will never happen but one could dream.

I wish people would do that but we know thats not possible but I like the creator of youhavetwoweeks.com's effort of boycotting the owners.

Im a huge hockey fan and its killing me with no hockey. Ill be 100% honest here if the season does not start before christmas then I hope it gets cancelled. I would not want a season starting after december it would be pointless. On the positive side if it does get cancelled then all of the boxbreakers will have a better chance at pulling a pretty good rookie next year with the holdovers!
