Better question for you, what are you looking for? Topps Chrome holds their value I believe pretty well.

If you consider "hits" to be autos and GU, then Inception. But if #d refractors are something of a hit to you, then Chrome rack packs. Also, blasters aren't a bad deal, but grab them from WalMart if you want a GU. Otherwise, Target has an extra pack instead of the Rookie Jersey.

refractors/xfractors are not numbered and although you get a variety of "hits" in chrome, selling them, even at good price is another story, unless you have a give away price.
