View my store BetaHey Rick. I did do a search on that before and was unable to get anywhere. There are 4-5 unknown signatures at this point. Glad you found the ribant that helps out.
The shellenback looks a little similar but Im not sure it is his autograph. Id like to find out who the other guys are before I do anything. I appreciate all the help from everyone
ThanksLast edited by theboxbreaker96; 11-18-2012 at 05:28 PM.

View my store BetaI'm unsure but it looks like the end of unknown is a ch or ck as was mention by lambeau. I was just looking at the rosters from 1967 and 1968 but if it's another year than there would probably be more possibilities.

View my store BetaThe manager(s) in 1967 were Harry Walker and Danny Murtaugh. In 1968 it was Larry Shepard.

EDIT: The only John I'm seeing on the two rosters is John Gelnar and that's not his graph.Last edited by NY Sports Teams; 11-18-2012 at 05:43 PM.

View my store BetaOk, I'm almost thinking that the signatures were obtained when the Phillies were in town in 1967. Their manager was Gene Mauch, which is in the one picture. I also see signatures of Johnny Callison & Clay Dalrymple.

View my store BetaThis is possible because I was told the ball was placed in the dougouts and the players signed it then. It could have another teams signatures. This is a real help because I have the years narowed down but not sure on the players. The main thing is that clemente is on there. Ill be doing some research soon on the players and hopefully nail down the unknowns. Hopefully you have got 2 for me from the phillies and that leaves 2-3 unknowns.
I really do appreciate all the help everyone is giving!

View my store BetaOk, I think I have them all figured out.
Pic 3 goes like this from top to bottom
Manny Mota
Dennis Ribant
Clay Dalrymple
Roberto Clemente
Pic 4 is Mazeroski that you already knew
Pic 5 is Wills which you already knew
Pic 6 is Johnny Callison & Donn Clendenon, but he only put a "D" for his first name
Pic 7 is Gene Mauch
The ball is from 1967 as Ribant was traded to the Tigers after the '67 season & Wills didn't go to the Pirates until '67.
I've narrowed it down to 2 games where the Phillies were in Pittsburgh where Ribant would have been in the dugout instead of the bullpen. He pitched 3.2 innings to start the game on Tuesday, April 25, 1967 & only Clendenon wasn't in the starting lineup. Dalrymple hit a HR off of Ribant in that game. Ribant also came in to pinch run on Sunday, June 11, 1967 & only Dalrymple wasn't in the starting lineup.Last edited by yazfan71; 11-18-2012 at 09:13 PM. Reason: added possible game info.

View my store BetaSomething like that I would be a nervous wreck to ship out, so I would take it to a big show like the National was suggested earlier.
Also forgot to mention, about the other ball that Stargell signed. If they were obtained at the game in April, he went 2 for 4 with 4 RBI's & 1 HR!Last edited by yazfan71; 11-18-2012 at 10:02 PM. Reason: added Stargell info.
