It's pretty simple. Win and you are in the BCS Championship Game, probably as the favorite against undefeated Notre Dame.
#2 Alabama features the NCAA's best scoring defense, and tons of talent on both sides of the ball. A.J. McCarron is playing his best ball of the year down the stretch, and the defense has rolled up back-to-back 49-0 shutouts, defeating Western Carolina and rival Auburn, the second time this year their defense has pitched back-to-back shutouts.
#3 Georgia features Heisman dark horse Aaron Murray at QB, and while it could be argued their road has been a bit easier than Alabama's, the Bulldogs are giving up less than 9 points per game over their last 5, including wins over then-#2 Florida, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, and their own shutout over Auburn, 38-0.
With only two weeks left in the contest, it's still anybody's to win. Will silvernblack or pwaldo take it this week, and rise to the top, or will one of our 10 (!) tied for 3rd make it a three-way tie at the top? Good luck to everyone!
