Question for those that collect HOF Signed RC's

For those that collect signed HOF RCs. Do you prefer the original RC signed or the Topps certified autograph reprint RCs? I kind of like both. I like the reprint cards because they are factory certified by topps right on the card, so there will never be any denying that the autograph is real or not as Topps certified it. however, i like the look of a vintage HOF RC signed and slabbed by PSA/DNA. I think the only thing against the mom factory certified autos, is what happens if one day PSA/DNA becomes the next GAI, then all of those slabbed cards will be worthless. versus the topps certified will always be authentic. but then again, i LOVE the look and protection of a PSA slabbed card. your thoughts, opinion, advice, etc.....thanks

    Greetings:
Well HBB I would have to say I agree with you on the autographs but some how I am a lil upset on some of the RCs topps did on the vintage players example they claim the 1977 Mark Fidrych one is his ERA Leaders card as his RC so untrue at least thats what it looks like to me from the 2001 Archives set at least. Also I am anti-graded fan so to me a card slab in plastic is worth the same amount in my opinion as a non slabbed one. Well thats my input sorry isnt much.

thanks for your input, i appreciate it. I totally agree with you. i wish topps did a better job on its rc reprints and included more hof players. im still not sure if i like the topps hof reprint autos or the original topps hof rc in a psa/dna slab better. im 50/50. hopefully others here as well will give us some input on this. thanks
