    Hey all, I have a question.

    Bought a Topps Chrome retail box tonight that supposed to gurantee a Rookie Relic...I a Stephen Hill Tall Boy that was not autographed but it said on the back "All signed cards by Topps...." with that authenicating sentence they have but like I said it was not signed...what happens with that. and there was not other relic card in the box so what do I do? please help?
