My farewell to sports cards sale

true nuff, Ive posted before along these lines- but i havent opened a pack of cards in 3 weeks and that doesnt bother me- i dont have the itch like i used to and as i mentioned, ive switched over to Magic again, and that is taking up my money and time now. will i ever totally leave the hobby- doubtful, Ill grant you that- but lemme put it this way- I used to love looking at the PCs and trying to find more stuff for them. Now, I dont care about em at all- and i realize i could turn my collection into a sizable chunk of cash (maybe a down payment on a house) and that is kinda guiding my thinking right now...

could do 2 in a pwe on the housler...

true, i can- but the newer products are really unexciting. ill probably get back into vintage a bit (ive still got a 72 topps football set to finish, and finding those hi #s is tough and pricy) I probably should have titled the thread "my farewell to these sports cards sale"

not sure Ill leave the hobby, but Im sure I dont want anything thats sitting here right now
