I buy blasters and a few hobby boxes every year. That seems to keep enough cards in my rotating inventory for the team groups. On average you will send the same team 3 times a year. When I have extra cards, I will send bigger packages. I also watch craigslist and flee markets for people selling collection for cheap. That keeps me with enough cards also.
