View my store BetaThanks I was really happy with that pull , as far as the heart surgery goes doing ok still having some pain when I take deep breaths kinds of feels like when you have a cold and still have soreness. I go to the gym at least three times a week and doing resistance training so hopefully everything works itself out. Daniel
