All Members Please Read Pepsi & Coke Rewards Codes
This evening I received an email from a law firm that represents PepsiCo in their advertising and contests. They informed me that and sited a specific thread on SCF that the sale of their codes constitute an illegal lottery as well as it's against their contest rules to buy/sell/trade/barter for these.
With this I will be arching any/all Pepsi Codes threads and arching them. I am also removing the same thread for Coke Rewards as well until I hear from them tat it's not against their contest rules.
If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

Greetings:
I just basically don't worry much on the codes for either product just drink it & then return the bottle/can for my $.10 deposit for each one. I however feel sorry for those places that offer $.05 deposits."Any ballplayer that doesn't sign Autographs for little kids Ain't an American. He is a Communist"-Rogers Hornsby on Signing an Autograph as a Manager in 1942 with the St. Louis Browns.

the codes are worthless anyway, you must be pretty desperate for money, and or drink a lot of pepsi to want to try to sell your bottle cap codes

Really Pepsi? You're a billion dollar company and you're worried about someone selling codes for a buck?
Just another reason to drink water.

interesting. not sure how they would be able to say this is a lottery of sort since you are not winning anything. a code is worth a certain number of points not a chance at winning anything

Wow I'm rather surprised to hear this. I know last year I sold several hundred caps to a member here for CC and was/am building up my stockpile to sell another lot but guess that won't happen now. I'm amazed Pepsi had somebody looking at a sportscard website and sited a specific thread here, as mentioned by frizzlecake the guys at Pepsi must have had a really slow day.
