So many Non Paying Bidders on eBay Lately

Over the past month, I've listed almost 1000 auctions. It has been a ton of work to list and ship. Yet, I've found that I have even more non paying bidder cases than ever before. Why can't people just pay?

How much time are you giving the buyers before filing a non payer claim?

I've been waiting about ten days. However, if I note that the bidder has low feedback (ie 20 or below), I will file after 4 days.

I am not saying this is you or even implying it......just an issue I am having on eBay as a buyer.......there are 2 sellers in particular "livehorn" and "promotions" that seem to either pull there items at the last minute, contact people after they win items at low low prices saying the item is no longer available then reposting the item with 24 hours, and at the last minute I am always outbid by the same exact person by $.50 everytime! What gives eBay sellers?
