Seems to pay for some stuff but not for others. In my case, I was selling a high end card (150 BV) and because of unpaid item strikes he was automatically blocked from my listings. But he contacted me beforehand telling me how he had had some money issues but and because of that he had a couple strikes against him and that he would pay promptly if I let him bid. I did on the condition that he would have to pay extra shipping costs for tracking, insurance, and a signature. So, long story short, he bid and won and never paid.

Not much to say here. No feedback but he bought a couple spots in a group break from me and he didn't pay. Luckily bought two of the cheaper teams but still.
