    How would I recreate this drawn player effect?

    Just wondering how I'd recreate this look on a card from a real picture in photoshop. I've done some HDR filtering with Topaz but can't really get the sketched or animated effect. This is what I'm going for:

    Buying: ITG Enshrined base cards: Hidden Content and similar base cards showing career stats for pre-60s retired hockey players

    Topaz labs can do this affect, not sure exactly which one but if you ever decided to purchase itd be smart to get them all. I actually had a cut and topaz shop in here awhile ago helping ppl out for a couplw bucks pp. If youre interested me a msg
