Who should I block on eBay?

Sold another card yesterday but got this message this morning. I guess it's good.... a $20 BV card that went for only 99 cents. This is the first time this has happened to me. Anyone else?

LOL, I got the same message about the same buyer. I checked his feedback and he's only been a member for 11 days and he purchased 67 items in those 11 days. Could be a fraudulent buyer, not sure. But I did have to call Ebay just so they could put the item back in My Selling list so I could relist it because the deleted the card from my list.
