You didn't track it and it went to Quebec. You are screwed. Even if they aren't lying you will owe them the money back and you are out the money and cards. Always track everything of a high value like that.

I let him know that if for some reason the cards don't show up and I have to refund, I'll have to leave a recent "Seller Beware" comment with what went down.

I figure if he's trying to defraud me, that's the best I can try.

Oh and all his messages are in only Caps and he's hard to understand. Great.

Sjw241 is right...shipping to quebec without tracking is a big Risk.

I always use tracking when i ship there. The sad part? I'm in quebec city...

Ok, the good news is that the Xpresspost seller is refunding me 10 bucks.

The so-so news is that I phoned PayPal AGAIN. I got transferred to claims and gave them all my info as well as Frenchy's info. While I can't get my original $60 back, Tysell192 is now under fraud investigation after the nice lady opened up his file!!

So yay for something :/
