Exclamation I was sold a counterfeit product from a very big company! What do I do any advice?

Hello Guys, recently I had purchased a game-used hockey stick from a company. The stick actually is a complete counterfeit they gave me it with a COA and guarantee it is the players stick when I call. Only problem is the player is a lefty and not a righty and advice on what you would do in this kind of situation?

Wow that's a pretty bad oversight. Maybe it was a mistake on the company's part and they mixed a couple up? I would give them a call and explain what happened and would ask for a refund. I don't know if I would trust that they could make it better by doing an exchange.

You can contact the FTC and file a complaint https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/. This is federal. Also try finding your state's Division of Consumer Protection website. For NY state it is https://www.dos.ny.gov/consumerprotection/.

    Just curious, was it this?

If so, the stick in question is of Ryan Callahan, not Gaborik as the COA says. So the item may not be 100% counterfeit, but the COA is definitely mistaken.
