This is the sort of case where I do agree with the death penalty. Pretty obvious she's been lying since day one. Also, how can stabbing someone, slitting his throat AND shooting him be self defense.

Add perjury to the list as far as I'm concerned.

Not quite. You're mashing up the stories.
Story 1: I wasn't there.
Story 2: Okay, okay, I was, but I didn't kill him, I witnessed two people killing him but made sure to forget everything about them because I loved my boyfriend so much.
Story 3: Fine. I killed him, but it was self defense. He was...uh...attacking me or...something. Innocent!

So as you see, it's different stories from one source that all contradict each other (facts, too!), not one self contradictory story.
