2012 Chrome 1965 Tallboy errors???

Ok after opening a few packs of Chrome I've gotten 2 of the 1965 Tallboys, one of RG3 and the other Rueben Randle. After looking at the backs of these cards they have in red lettering under the stats box "The signing of all Topps autograph cards is witnessed by a Topps representative to guarantee authenticity". Now neither card is an auto and doesn't have the faded out part where an auto would go, so is this a limited error or do all the 65 tallboys rookies have this?

Sorry I did a search and didn't see anything about this so if this was covered before can someone please point me to where it has been discussed, Thanks.

yep, I did the set and every one of them has it.
