This newspaper is in trouble. Just wait until the first criminal is caught and they admit they used the information from the newspaper to pick their target. Imagine the lawsuits, especially if it is a heinous crime.

My guess is the newspaper is already in trouble. Printing the names and addresses of people and whether or not they have a gun is not the right or purpose of the newspaper and I am sure more than a few lawsuits are in the works.

Also if this story is true this is one of the most idiotic peices of journalism that I ever heard (and I heard a lot on faux news and the blaze) and I hope that when people start getting robbed (not if but when) they sue the mess out of this sleazy newspaper and they go out of business.

The sad part is the robberies are not a major concern, in my opinion. My first thought was that every pedophile and rapist now knows what houses to avoid. Since most gun owners/users are male then a rapist/pedophile has a nice map to guide him to the houses that are less likely to have an adult male in them.

This info was all legally obtained, right?
Couldn't anyone do this with or without actually publishing what they find?
