I see the next release on blowoutcards has 2013 Topps UFC Knockout being released on Feb, 27 2013. As for the second part of your question I will let a MMA collector answer your question since I only by the occasional 1 box per yer.

i just use blowout. they will have preorders up usually 2 months or more before release. however those dates do get pushed back frequently. Otherwise it seems to be Feb-Mar, Julyish, and nov-dec for the 3 releases
