2013 baseball spring training ~ SUCCESS THREAD!

just for giggles, in 2011 i sent a total of 16 ST request with 5 returns. (That was the year McGwire signed during ST so 2 of the 5 are from him), 2012 i sent a total of 19 with 5 returns & this year i sent 20 with ZERO so far.

with those results, excluding 2013, i have a staggering 28% success rate.. with 2013 added it diminishes to %18 success rate. Thats horrible.

ST is just hyped up, just another way to waste stamps. It gives you hope that stars like Pujols or whatever will have the time to sign but in reality, it is all hype. This was my first ST, I did ok IP but I will not be sending as many requests next year.

Got my first ST return last week................................

RTS from Gio Gonzalez. every year i get excited for this stamp wasteing event & every year it disappoints. This will be my last year of wasting stamps sending to ST.

When did you send to Gio? I sent on 2/15 and haven't gotten anything back yet, RTS or not.

Got returns from Karsten, Parmelee, juan samuel so that makes 2 more set hits! My success rate blows but Ive added a few set hits so thats a success in itself.
