ST has been slower every year especially with mid-high level players. ST has been super slow across the board...I am 1/20 so far.

just for giggles, in 2011 i sent a total of 16 ST request with 5 returns. (That was the year McGwire signed during ST so 2 of the 5 are from him), 2012 i sent a total of 19 with 5 returns & this year i sent 20 with ZERO so far.

with those results, excluding 2013, i have a staggering 28% success rate.. with 2013 added it diminishes to %18 success rate. Thats horrible.
