I think Biggio gets in just not his first try, might take a couple but I think he will make it.

Right on, many greats in the hall were not voted in on their first time on the ballot.

Biggio should've got in. He may not have been the most exciting player, but he has 3,000 hits. I think 3,000 hits/500 homers is a golden ticket in. As for guys like Piazza and Bagwell, who knows. With their names lingering around steroids, they may never get in. This is why baseball needs to release the list of players who triggered a positive reading for steroids. Otherwise, we'll never no for sure who's innocent and who's guilty.

I'm actually surprised that Bonds and Clemens didn't crack 50%. I thought many voters were fed up at this point and looked beyond the steroid issue.

I think Biggio gets in next year, Maddux and Glavine are both pretty close to locks next year IMO as well.

Nobody got in this time but Biggio should be elected next time or the year after since he was so close this time around. Morris was close to but next year has Maddux and it will be the last year on the ballot for Morris. I don't really see how you elect Morris and Maddux seeing as how I don't think Morris is a HOF player and standing next to Maddux will just emphasize the problem.

It's great to see none of the "Roid" boys getting in. I hope it continues year after year.
