The one /216 is called a prizm refractor. they are one per hobby box.

The mini cards are 1965 Reprints (Tallboys), The ones with 2 pictures of them are 1957 Reprints and each player has 2 different versions.

Im no expert but feel free to let me know if you have any other questions on the chrome stuff as I have been putting together most of the sets!
