Do these fantasy leagues require daily maintenance? If so, I cannot participate. I have a family that is more important.

Not really. In the league settings I chose "NO bench" players, so basically draft adn set your lineups. Check on it once a week and you should be fine.

With bench players, you would have to change/update your daily roster....but you can do that 1 week in advance as well.
