It's ok for reducing what we're paying for a tracking number, whereas before it was pushing $20. But $6.50-$7.00 is more than twice the $2.68 plus tax we're paying for a light packet with a custom form right now.

Tim (centerice) posted his PWE renforce method that can make a difference with added cost on the USA to mail to Canada. It well explained and with image. I also recomend you pay a little bit more to have them sent "non-machinable" and do not make them tick. So great to send tow three base-insert max on a small deal. But I suggest you explain it to the other member first before doing the deal and all member do remain responsable for the damage of cards would that occur.
For us Canadian if we do not need tracking ID it still only $2.20 to mail in a bubble mailer. If you need tracking then there is a new service that will replace the ground service called tracked packet but I could not find the cost yet.
