some blasters (score, Certified, donruss, 2002-03 OPC,97-98 Pinnacle)

First of all, let me warn you guys, if you see 97-98 Pinnacle hobby boxes at walmart, DON'T PICK THEM UP.

I noticed afterward that the Box had a sticker over the part that said 24 packs, which was replaced with a sticker saying 20 packs. Conveniently enough, with 4 packs missing, so were the guaranteed 4 hits per box. All I hit was a Doug Weight Rink collection. For 20 bucks, RIPOFF. The card is scanned with some other stuff down below.

Ok, so first up, a blaster of Donruss.

BLECH!!!

Nothing of substance in here:






Second was a blaster of Score (quite a bit better):







then a Blaster of Certified, which I beat the odds on with a hit from each of the 3 packs. Nothing huge, but still I am happy not to have hit a base pack.:







Finally, a blaster of 2002-03 Topps OPC. 9 packs per box, 15$.

My oversize was a Roman Turek, YUCK, worst player on the checklist, lol.

Anyways, I blew the odds away on this one, but still nothing huge:


The Jersey card is 1:240
The Blue Raycroft is 1:40 (/500)
Roy reprint is 1:27

I pulled a Stamkos auto and got one comment, it happens, don't let it get to you. The OPC seemed fun, and you did very well on Certified. I'd stay away from Donruss blasters if I were you, in about 9 I pulled 4 jerseys of Wade Redden.

Ya, I immediately decided never to buy another one of those donruss blasters. I hoped for maybe 2 or 3 rookies at least.

There is 1 more 2002-03 topps OPC blaster at the walmart, I may pick it up. $15 for a chance to pull a number of Patrick Roy autos is too good to pass up.
