    Smoothie recipies

I keep seeing the add for the nutribullet blender on here and it got me thinking. How about posting everyone's favorite smoothie or milkshake recipies. My wife said that she is going to buy me one so I am looking for ideas on what to put in my shakes.

    My main morning drink is..
Kale or Spinach, *1C* I toss a few bags in the freezer since the vitamin content doesn't really take to much of a hit so I always have the "Green".
then Apples or Pears. 1/2 large Pear or Large Apple to 2 small/medium apples

-I also buy a real Tart Cherry juice and add a 1/2C to a drink when needed

    Coconut oil(which is a solid below 70-75degrees

I use Blueberries, Cucumbers, Carrots, Mango's, Melon about any fruit and many veggies in season and/or reduced when I find them as a mid-day or evening boost.

_Almond milk, Dble Chocolate Whey isolate protein powder, and a 1/4C almonds, or Walnuts is good

_ Pineapple, Banana & fresh coconut is solid and refreshing when warm, and needed after workout.

Start simple, I've had to choke down some nasty concoctions :) Also, variety isn't better, better to find a base you like, then flavor accordingly.
