Can people in the US find stuff on eBay UK? If not then the card will definitely go lower since most collectors of football cards live in the United States. Though it seems the popularity of the NFL is rising outside the US. I'd take $10 as guess at the ending price though with a 1/1 it could go for almost anything.

looks fake, I doubt they had printing plates back then anyways. Printing plate thing is a fairly new concept, as far as adding them to packs.
