    How come this years totally certified base is not numbered like the 2010-2011 version

    Probably upped the production a lot so they don't want to disclose how non rare the base cards are by having them numbered to something too high. I know it doesn't make sense but it actually does for a company to not number something instead of having it numbered "too high".

    Also because Panini will always find a way to ruin a good set.
