    He will soon be 38 years old, it sucks for him and Cardinal fans but it's not like he had many years left anyway.

    Brandon Webb is more of a travesty. In 2006-2008 he won a Cy Young and was 2nd the other two years. Three great seasons in a row.. then he pitches a total of 4 innings in 2009 and he never pitched again in the majors and just retired.

    He earned over $30 million in his career, so unless he's a dummy he should be set for life. But if he stayed healthy he could have EASILY made over $100 million in his career.
