When to mail to Spring Training addess?

Looking to get into some TTM this Sprint Training. When should I send items to be the most successful?

    Thanks!

I'm sending to pitchers and catchers tomorrow, and the rest either Feb 12th or 13th.

Will Clark is at the top of my list. Since he's a special assistant/instructor, I guess to be safe, I'd be better off waiting until around the 12th/13th?

I sent my first batch out today for the Orioles. Pitchers and catchers report Monday 2/11 and position players report Thursday 2/14. However, a bunch of position players are already there getting early work.
