    Topps Magic Style??

Hey there, was wondering if anyone has made customs using this style:

I love the painted realism look. Anyone have a good tutorial and or steps to use in Photoshop to accomplish this style. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, it's a lot like the "Psychedelic" option on Topaz Adjust 4. Hope this helps.
