Hello to all Sports Card Collectors

Hi! I'm new to this Forum. I don't know what I'm doing...so...here goes!
I love the Hobby of Collecting Ball Cards.
I have since I was about 8 years old. I'm 62 this year.

In 1993 my partner and I had a brick & mortar store that went out of
business because of MLB going on strike. We lost a lot of money!

I've kept my hand in the Hobby by selling at Card Shows.
Just recently I've started building an Online Ball Card Store.

I've also revived another love & talent I have and that's Grading Cards.

I've bought the equipment to encase Graded Cards and I'm having a blast.

My favorite ball player in the world is Harry Chiti. His 1959 Topps Card is my
Profile Picture on E-Bay.

Harry was my neighbor growing up. I'd ride my bike down the hill to his house
and knock on his door and ask him to play catch with me.
More times then not he would!

I write about all of my youth experiences in Sports on my blog. It make me
feel good to remember the men who shaped my life.

Hello Sir. Welcome to SCF! Sorry to hear about your LCS going under. I am actually in the startup of my own LCS. Shows are a lot of fun too. You seem to have some fun stories from back in the day. I look forward to hearing more of them! Let me know if I can help ya with anything!
