weird that she is filing suit when she took the class in 2009. Why doesn't she just take the class again?
I don't see how the judicial system would have any knowledge about what grade she should have received. Hopefully this gets tossed out.

well she got a 0 in class participation for being unprofessional,it was so bad she received a warning letter, and now she is suing,hmm,imagine that!
