The card may not be numbered a 1 of 1 but that patch is certainly one of a kind. Knowing Topps they would stick a one color patch on a 1/1 card anyways.

Knowing the way most companies do their GU stuff, it's probably not even real. I would never spend that much on a so called "game used" relic card.

I have to agree with baseballboy2 here. No way I'd ever spend that much on a patch card.

At least with an autograph, you have means to verify it's authenticity. You can sit there, and watch a ballplayer sign a card, and compare it. There's no such method for confirming that a patch is game worn. You are taking Topps' word for it, and that's a scary thought.

I'd much rather buy a nice Hank Aaron 1954 Topps rookie card for that kind of money.

Great patch but it's Steve Garvey for Christ's sake,there definitely has to be something better out there to spend that much money on.
